Golfing In Tawau, Sabah by Yuzer Yusoff (SGC AJK)

To my STAROBA golfing pals.

I had a golfing trip in Tawau recently. I am sure most of you would've heard of Shan Shui GC (unless u r 24h/c buaya). It was challenging, scenic and beautiful. True to the reviews. It wasn't easy to play but very inviting. I thought that was the best Tawau could offer. I was wrong.

The Hot Spring GC was beyond expectation. It was so so so much better. It was just awesome. The whole course was more challenging, memorable and lots of unique character on each hole + hornbills hovering above you while approaching to a short par4 hole! A must golfing destination. Better than most in Indonesia and Thailand.

I strongly urge the committee to consider this local destination seriously. Accommodation is reasonable especially in apartment.

Check-out the pix.

Lupa satu lagi (yes, they do have lady caddies)
