PakHamid Shafie, at the par-4 hole No.5 of the Peransang Golf Course, sent his second shot into the net protecting the tee-box of the par-3 hole No 6. The ball came down to the base of the net making it impossible for him to swing a shot to get the ball out of the grass. He was entitled to a free drop and chose a comfortable spot quite a distance away from the net.
PakRoslanChik, ex-captain of the SGC, saw the action and decided to come over to make sure the drop was correctly done! Pakdokter managed to capture this golf lesson on camera......
use a club to measure one club length away from the net from where the ball is....then mark the spot with a marker or tee....
practise to ensure you can make a swing....
drop the ball within the marker spot...
take the marker way...
now go ahead and play....Thank you, Sir....
